St Patrick's Day in Ireland

1Saint Patrick's Day,  is a cultural and religious celebration held on 17 March, the traditional death date of Saint Patrick(c. AD 385–461), the patron saint of Ireland.

The day commemorates Saint Patrick and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland,^[3] and celebrates the heritage and culture of the Irish in general.^[5] Celebrations generally involve public parades (sfilate) and festivals,(celebrazioni) , and the wearing of green clothes and shamrocks.(trifogli)^[6]

 Restrictions on eating and drinking alcohol are lifted (sospese) for the day, 

                 

Irish music is sung on this day, listen to it,it's relaxing and fun,usually played with particular instruments, also in pubs, in front of a glass of dark beer .
